IN NO EVENT SHALL CREATOR COLE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM CREATOR COLE AND/OR www.creatorcole.com, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU, CREATOR COLE'S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
